Well that car is indeed the old beetle, probably one of the most unique cars ever built, probably the best car I have ever had.
The old or used volkswagen beetle also known as the volkswagen type 1 is a unique airtight economy car, back in the 50’s it was more comfortable than most european cars, it was even more powerful. It was built and designed for sustained high speed on european highways. This baby became the most produced car ever in one single design.
I love my old beetle, it’s convertible and I love to ride it topless every sunday, even every day if possible. If someone came right now and offered me thousands of dollars I would never sell it, because it is priceless as well as timeless, well at least it is for me. I know that they sell like candy and almost anyone can have one if they can find it, I know that they are a bit expensive, but not as expensive as other cars. You could say that this is a cost effective automobile, you can get enough money to buy it and it will stay with you forever, it is cheap to mantain, and it is a car that does not require to spend a lot of money on gasoline.
Maybe you have been wondering about what I said earlier, about the old beetle floating on water, well it does, it is airtight and it is the only small car with a sealed steel bottom and leaves nothing exposed beneath it, it’s covered with 13 lbs. of paint outside and inside so corrosion can’t get to it, and it is built to take punishment as the man in the old tv ad said. It is the best car with best price, as I stated before it is the “Perfect Car”.
